The program offers a pathway to becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator, advancing to the corporate Leadership Development Program, or preparing for future business ownership.

• Mission: To develop purpose-oriented leaders with the skills and experience needed to successfully operate a business and lead teams, from foundational operations to strategic management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Learn and master restaurant operations from the ground up.
• Development: Progress through structured leadership roles including trainer, shift leader, and director levels.
• Leadership: Guide teams and assume ownership for achieving measurable business results.
• Business Management: Gain practical experience across key business functions such as budgeting, human resources, marketing, payroll, hiring, and performance management.
• Strategic Initiatives: Complete quarterly stretch assignments in collaboration with experienced business leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree required. Career level: Early-career professionals and recent graduates.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through work, athletics, student organizations, ministry, volunteer service, or community involvement.
• Skills: Strong communication, initiative, resilience, and relationship-building abilities, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a humble, hungry, people-smart leadership style.
• Bonus: Prior experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments.
