This role is crucial for overseeing all financial management aspects and balancing the marketing and operational sides of the business, offering a clear path to becoming a Controller/VP of Finance within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and manage financial records.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct branch audit evaluations and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze income statement fluctuations and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
• Month-End Close: Execute month-end closing processes, including journal entries and expense accruals.
• Account Reconciliation: Assemble precise bank reconciliations and maintain account schedules.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Entry-level.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. A valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions within the past 5 years.
• Skills: Financial statement preparation, General accounting principles, Financial analysis.
• Bonus: Planning to attain CPA within 1-2 years; willingness to relocate for career advancement. Will also consider college students within 1 semester of graduation with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
