• Mission: This person will support the daily operations related to foreign remittance, covering inward and outward foreign exchange transactions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cover: Cover inward and outward foreign exchange remittance transactions.
• Support: Support various Business as Usual (BAU) related activities.
• Handle: Handle queries received from internal Business units and external Clients.
• Prepare: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and other relevant reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should demonstrate a readiness to engage in a 12-month on-the-job training scheme under India’s National Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
• Experience: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for various tasks including data management, documentation, and presentation creation.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and written communication abilities.
• Bonus: Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
