What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: This individual contributor role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study. Candidates must possess strong statistical knowledge and the ability to comprehend complex business requirements.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience demonstrating relevant skills in data analysis and modeling is required.
• Skills: The position demands advanced proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation and Data Wrangling. Candidates must be trained on Advanced Excel, Power Query, and at least one programming language suitable for data wrangling, such as R or Python. A strong statistical foundation is essential to effectively analyze data and understand business needs. Flexibility in applying different analytical tools to cater to requests is expected.
• Bonus: Beginner proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools, Data Visualization, Information Architectures, and Interaction Design is a plus.
