What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Validation: Enter and validate information from vendor Safety Data Sheets (SDS) into hazard communication databases.
• Regulatory Review: Review global chemical regulations and assess their applicability to various products and materials.
• Documentation Sourcing: Locate and review Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documentation for raw materials as required.
• Information Correction: Identify and correct any missing or inaccurate information found within Safety Data Sheets.
• Vendor Communication: Communicate directly with vendors to obtain or clarify essential chemical and regulatory data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field, suitable for an Entry-Level career.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability and willingness to learn new software systems.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a high degree of focus on data accuracy.
• Bonus: Prior customer service or vendor-facing experience is preferred.
