The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise, located in Rockville or Bethesda, Maryland. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through an integrated global network. The company offers extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services, generating nearly $38 billion in revenue across 90+ countries. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a structured career path with clear progression, learning the business hands-on from day one. You will serve as the trusted face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also developing the behind-the-scenes operational expertise needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and lead a team, all within a culture that prioritizes promotion from within.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers and partners, ensuring exceptional service and building strong relationships.
• Operational Mastery: Learn and master essential operational knowledge and skills required to efficiently manage and run your own neighborhood branch.
• Business Growth: Actively cultivate new business opportunities and establish vital community relationships to expand the branch’s market presence.
• Team Development: Receive comprehensive guidance, mentoring, and support to develop effective leadership skills and foster team growth.
• Sales & Financial Acumen: Excel in sales and marketing strategies, understand the principles of finance, and contribute to business growth through friendly competition.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: At least one year of experience (within the last six years) in commission sales, customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center), collegiate/professional/semi-professional athletic participation, or military/organizational leadership.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years), satisfactory employment reference, education, and social security background check.
• Bonus: Preferred commute under 25 minutes (in rush hour traffic) to the posted location and authorization to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
