• Mission: Develop individuals from the ground level to leadership while driving customer acquisition and market share for telecommunications clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Acquisition: Execute face-to-face sales systems to acquire new customers for telecommunications clients.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor newer team members, fostering accountability and developing coaching abilities.
• Project Management: Track backend data, analyze project metrics, and assist in managing client project operations and expansion goals.
• Strategic Oversight: Oversee campaign performance, manage client portfolio expectations, and support large-scale expansion efforts.
• Business Acumen: Understand financial breakdowns tied to client campaigns and contribute to multi-million-dollar telecommunications initiatives.
