Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst | Momentum

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes and document workflows across the organization.
• Analyze: Provide data-driven insights by using business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
• Collaborate: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage: Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.
• Contribute: Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel. Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar.
