What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Immersion: Rotate through various core departments, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, gaining an in-depth understanding of business operations from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales Engagement: Actively engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas’ products and services, fostering strong customer relationships and expanding the client base.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and contribute insights to assist in making informed business decisions and optimizing operational strategies.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with key leaders on diverse projects focused on enhancing sales management strategies and improving overall operational efficiency across departments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional holding, or actively pursuing and set to obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are strictly required, though co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Skills: Possess an active driver’s license, essential for engaging in outside sales activities and regional travel requirements.
• Bonus: Academic major in business or a closely related field; demonstrated leadership or management experience through campus roles or related extracurricular activities; and a willingness to relocate regionally during or upon completion of the program.
