FP&A Internship – Summer 2027 | Conagra Brands
The Tone:
This is a full-time, 11-week internship at Conagra Brands, located in Chicago, IL. Conagra Brands is one of North America’s leading branded food companies, guided by an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on innovation, making great food with iconic brands like Reddi-wip, Slim Jim, and Swiss Miss. This FP&A Internship offers an immersive experience within the Finance Organization, allowing participants to contribute to reporting and analyses and make an impact in a refuse-to-lose environment. It aims to introduce the world of consumer-packaged goods and foster an interest in future career opportunities, within a culture known for being energized, impactful, and inclusive.
The TL;DR

• Mission: Perform analyses and reporting under general supervision within the Finance Organization.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Perform financial analyses and generate reports under general supervision.
• Collaborate: Work collaboratively with members of the Corporate FP&A Team and the broader Finance organization.
• Network: Engage with peers and leaders across the company to understand various career paths available at Conagra Brands.
• Develop: Participate in professional development guidance provided throughout the internship program.
• Contribute: Make an impact within the consumer-packaged goods industry through finance-related contributions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Finance, with at least one semester remaining after the internship concludes, is required.
• Experience: This is an entry-level internship; therefore, no specific prior professional experience is explicitly required.
• Skills: Ability to perform financial analyses and generate reports; strong collaborative skills for working within a team environment.
