This program is essential for equipping recent graduates with real-world skills across in-demand technology fields, providing the tools, mentorship, and industry exposure needed to jump-start careers in areas like cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, or network operations.

• Mission: To equip recent graduates with real-world skills and industry exposure across in-demand fields like cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, and network operations.
• Tech Stack: Structured Cabling Systems, network infrastructure, data center environments, rack and stack methodologies, cable management, system monitoring tools, technical project design documents, manufacturer installation guidelines.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Infrastructure Deployment: Assist in the installation and decommissioning of structured cabling and network infrastructure within data center environments.
• Hardware Management: Support rack, stack, and cable management activities in accordance with industry standards, engineering guidelines, and best practices.
• System Monitoring: Participate in monitoring data center systems and environments, identifying alarms or irregular conditions, and analyzing and escalating findings under guidance.
• Technical Documentation: Read, interpret, and apply project design drawings, technical plans, specifications, and manufacturer installation guidelines for skill development.
• Compliance and Reporting: Document technical work performed, observations, and system-related findings while maintaining compliance with customer safety, security, and quality requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) interested in launching a career in the tech industry, specifically in cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, or network operations.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required, as this program is designed for recent graduates entering the tech industry.
• Skills: Ability to learn and apply technical concepts related to IT infrastructure and systems operations; proficiency in reading and interpreting technical project design documents and manufacturer guidelines; commitment to following safety, quality, and production standards; foundational understanding of network and data center environments; analytical skills for identifying and escalating system irregularities.
• Bonus: A strong passion for or foundational interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, or network operations.
