Sales Development Representative | Fooda
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Fooda, located in Atlanta, GA, requiring a hybrid work schedule of 4 days onsite. Fooda, a company that pioneered the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices, has grown significantly since 2011, now operating in 60 cities and serving over 100 million meals through a network of 3,500+ restaurants. This role is crucial for Fooda’s expanding business, as it involves identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for various clients across multiple verticals throughout the country. The Sales Development Representative will act as a subject matter expert, leveraging Fooda’s unique value propositions to bring potential food program solutions to prospect companies, directly contributing to future account setup.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Offer comprehensive pre-sales support to marketing qualified leads, diligently setting up appointments for Fooda’s dedicated Business Development team.
• Prospecting: Conduct thorough inbound and outbound sales prospecting, meticulously researching and qualifying leads to be accurately maintained within Fooda’s CRM system, Hubspot.
• Learning: Engage in and master the Fooda sales training program, thoroughly understanding best practices within the sales process and effective CRM management.
• Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate new leads within your assigned market segments, ensuring alignment with Fooda’s established target client profile.
• Performance: Demonstrate a strong desire to be numbers and metric driven, focusing keenly on the amount of meetings booked and the successful conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional, with 0-1 years of experience, ideally holding a Bachelor’s Degree, ready to contribute to Fooda’s expanding business.
• Experience: Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation, specifically within an inside sales role, and prior experience utilizing a CRM system.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a natural ability to comfortably initiate and drive conversations with new people, and an understanding of process adherence.
