What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and business drivers, preparing critical financial reports for leadership.
• Ownership: Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to support future business strategy.
• Enablement: Create financial models and analytics to enable internal decision-making and investment prioritization.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare month-end close journal entries, and review account trending.
• Contribution: Contribute to various ad hoc projects and specialized team functions as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
• Experience: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Analytical skills for accounting processes, financial analysis, and reporting; robust technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comprehensive finance and accounting knowledge, including internal control requirements and accounting principles; demonstrated business acumen; and a keen attention to detail.
