Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer | Micron Technology

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Micron Technology. Micron is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. This role is crucial for driving AI adoption, workforce transformation, and innovation within the Finance organization. The Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of AI-powered solutions, building workforce capabilities, and delivering measurable business value through AI and automation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with modernization and business objectives.
• Develop: Develop and execute AI enablement strategies that improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes across Finance.
• Partner: Partner with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Deploy: Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including AI agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, prompt libraries, and workflow automations.
• Educate: Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, boot camps, office hours, and certification pathways to train and coach employees.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI Enablement, Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management, or Workforce Capability Development, including leading enterprise technology adoption programs. Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or AWS AI Services, building and deploying AI agents, and proficiency in prompt engineering and AI orchestration.
• Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills; excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities; proven capacity to influence and collaborate across business and technology organizations.
• Bonus: Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services organizations, including knowledge of processes like Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, or FP&A. Familiarity with SAP, Power Platform, UiPath, Process Mining, or ServiceNow, and experience designing AI learning programs or with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Agile. Strong understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and risk management practices.
