What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing: Proactively identify emerging talent across campus networks, student organizations, and professional platforms, learning full life-cycle recruiting tasks.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee candidate progress within the applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth transitions from initial outreach through the interview stages.
• Event Coordination: Manage logistics for campus and intern program events, including orientations, executive Q&As, workshops, and final presentations.
• Participant Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all candidate and program participant inquiries via email and team channels.
• Program Engagement: Drive initiatives for social activities, peer mentorship networks, and overall engagement for active cohorts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. 0–2 years of professional, internship, or campus leadership experience in recruiting support, event coordination, marketing, or project management.
• Experience: Eager interest in learning proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline building. Familiarity with basic productivity and virtual collaboration software.
• Skills: Natural talent for hospitality and event execution with a strong eye for detail, high learning agility, and an approachable, articulate communication style.
• Bonus: Familiarity with sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, or survey or event software; prior involvement in campus leadership, student organizations, or university event planning; or experience or interest in hybrid event concepts and creative social content for talent branding.
