Lifecycle Management Associate | Paylocity
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Paylocity, located remotely within the U.S. Paylocity is an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, offering a complete platform for the modern workforce. This position is crucial for executing, supporting, and improving employee lifecycle operations, while also actively building and applying low-code technology skills to eliminate manual work and increase scalability. The Associate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring business continuity for employee lifecycle processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiative Coordination: Support lifecycle-related initiatives and projects by coordinating tasks and tracking deliverables across HR teams.
• System Data Management: Enter, update, and validate employee lifecycle data within HRIS and related platforms, while also assisting with data quality efforts.
• Reporting and Analysis: Compile and organize lifecycle data to prepare basic reports and summaries, identifying simple trends for further analysis.
• Operational Support: Provide support for routine lifecycle transactions and basic inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
• Process Documentation: Support the creation and updating of standard operating procedures, process guides, and job aids, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field required. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, data support, or administrative roles.
• Skills: Basic understanding of HR processes, comfort with learning and building solutions using low-code tools, strong attention to detail, foundational analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bonus: Internship or exposure to HR systems or data analysis is preferred, and experience with basic reporting tools is a plus.
