• Team: Reports to an experienced Plant Manager, participating in a structured training program.
• Mission: This role aims to develop future plant leadership through a structured training program, providing comprehensive hands-on experience in plant operations, personnel management, and critical business processes to ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process.
• Support: Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles, excluding commercial driving positions.
• Staffing: Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required.
• Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports to guide decision-making.
• Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent technical degree, preparing individuals for future leadership roles within manufacturing operations at Quikrete.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards within a manufacturing environment. A crucial requirement includes the willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program, typically lasting 18-24 months.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and presentation abilities. This role also requires demonstrated leadership capability and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Bonus: Prior manufacturing experience is preferred for this role.
