What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations across various client industries.
• Documentation: Review and accurately document audit procedures for complex accounting areas.
• Research: Research and analyze intricate accounting and audit-related issues to inform client solutions.
• Analytics: Utilize data extraction, analytics, and visualization tools to deliver valuable insights to clients.
• Collaboration: Proactively interact with the engagement team to gather information, resolve problems, and recommend business and process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028, with availability to begin full-time work between January 2028 and October 2028.
• Skills: Ability to perform financial statement audits and reviews, competence in accounting and audit research, familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, and plans to pursue minimum requirements for CPA eligibility.
• Bonus: A preferred overall GPA of 3.3 (3.0 minimum), or a combination of educational success and relevant work or volunteer experience.
