What You’ll Actually Do
• Deposits: Prepare and organize deposits for bank transport to ensure timely processing.
• Reviews: Review deposits for accuracy and completeness before bank transport.
• Mail Handling: Efficiently open and sort incoming mail for the department.
• Team Support: Provide essential team support through email and internal messaging systems.
• Administrative Assistance: Assist with various departmental administrative tasks as needed to support overall operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess core domain knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping principles.
• Experience: 0-2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, a high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to multi-task effectively, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with flexibility and a willingness to learn.
