What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare recurring journal entries to support financial record-keeping.
• Reconciliations: Complete non-complex reconciliations for various accounts.
• General Ledger: Perform a range of general ledger duties as assigned to support department operations.
• Departmental Support: Provide essential financial support to administrative and financial departments.
• Standard Maintenance: Help maintain consistent standards of excellence across hospitals, clinics, and offices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience: Entry-level professional experience in accounting, with a focus on general ledger functions.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business-related field; one (1) year of accounting experience in a health care setting.
