Commercial Associate | Omnea

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Omnea, located in a hybrid setup within the United States. Omnea is reinventing enterprise operations with an AI-native platform that streamlines procurement, connecting every person, step, and system to make buying fast, safe, and efficient. This Commercial Associate role is a core part of Omnea’s flagship Go-To-Market program, designed to cultivate the next generation of enterprise sellers and founders, directly contributing to the company’s rapid growth and market penetration.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $130000–$140000 yearly
• Team: Part of the flagship GTM program, working directly with a senior sales leader.
• Mission: Drive real revenue by owning a sales territory, acquiring new business, and supporting senior leaders on deals to expand Omnea’s enterprise client base.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Territory Management: You will secure a market territory and, with a senior sales leader, develop a strategy to win new business.
• Sales Development: You will participate in a bootcamp to master pitching, positioning, and closing techniques from top sellers in the company.
• Network Cultivation: You will embed yourself in your market by hosting targeted events, dinners, and building lasting relationships with C-suite executives.
• Business Acquisition: You will achieve qualified deals targets and support senior leaders on late-stage deals.
• Revenue Generation: You will take on a full revenue target and increase your earning potential once ready for independent closing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should have a proven record of outperformance in a high-calibre environment.
• Experience: 0–4 years demonstrated success in a demanding setting, such as a startup, competitive sport, a founding journey, or a rigorous academic program. This includes new graduates with strong internship experience or individuals with up to 4 years in a challenging professional environment.
• Skills: Natural competitiveness, a drive to tackle difficult challenges, and a strong aptitude for building relationships and fostering communities.
