What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint through structured departmental rotations.
• Engage: Promote products and services while building customer relationships through outside sales activities.
• Provide: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Analyze: Support informed business decisions by analyzing sales data.
• Collaborate: Work with key leaders on various projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. This is an entry-level position focused on leadership development and understanding business operations.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Candidates must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Skills: Active driver’s license; ability to obtain a DOT medical certification; at least 21 years of age; ability to provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role; a business or related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
