The Tone:
This is a full-time training position at Front Page Agency Inc, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Front Page Agency is expanding, operating directly with major telecom providers to help them achieve client revenue growth and market expansion by increasing customer acquisition and improving overall revenue performance. The company focuses on delivering measurable growth for clients within the multi-billion-dollar telecommunications sector. This role is a hands-on learning opportunity, not a desk job, where individuals develop practical business skills often not gained by graduates. The program provides comprehensive training on how sales, marketing strategy, and operational consulting integrate to grow a company. It is designed to prepare individuals for future consulting and management responsibilities within the organization.

The TL;DR
• Role: Entry Level / Early Career
• Location: In-person, Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
• Team: Reports to Senior Consultants and Team Leads for training and development.
• Mission: Generate revenue, understand consumer behavior, apply business strategy in the field, and learn how sales, marketing, and operational consulting work together to grow client companies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Directly engage with customers to discuss and present a range of telecommunications services, ensuring all questions are answered thoroughly.
• Business Generation: Actively generate new business for clients and contribute to their market share growth by identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Consistently monitor and track key customer acquisition and retention metrics to analyze effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Professional Development: Participate in daily team training and coaching sessions that cover sales fundamentals, client representation, communication, negotiation, and performance analysis.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior consultants to assist with territory development, applying learned business strategies to drive client revenue growth in the field.
