The TL;DR
• Role: Internship

• Team: Internal Communications team within Human Resources
• Mission: Strengthen the employee experience and contribute to internal engagement through communication efforts.
• Tech Stack: Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Support: Support the updating of communication content.
• Creative Production: Create designs, and edit videos and photos.
• Social & Diversity Support: Support social action and diversity activities.
• Event Coordination: Support the organization of internal and external events.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks for the department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from the 3rd period onwards in Communication Social (Advertising and Propaganda, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations), Graphic Design, or Administration.
• Experience: Basic English proficiency; experience with creation and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut; good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Skills: Organizational skills, Communication skills, Creativity, Content editing, Design, Video/Photo editing.
• Bonus: Intermediate English level.
