Senior Technical Program Manager | Glean

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Glean, located in Mountain View, CA (hybrid). Glean is a Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI, offering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. This role is crucial for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to ensure Glean’s product roadmap is executed with clarity, quality, and velocity. You will shape how the enterprise AI product evolves, scales, and delivers value to customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Programs: Lead end-to-end product development programs, spanning ideation, design, engineering, and launch.
• Execution: Drive execution excellence for cross-functional initiatives, balancing speed with quality.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, tradeoffs, and cross-team dependencies.
• Product Management: Structure and manage programs for major product launches, platform enhancements, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Operational Improvement: Improve execution rigor, building visibility into progress, blockers, and outcomes across multiple teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Senior level career with a deep technical background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and agents.
• Experience: 8-10+ years in technical program management with a proven track record of driving complex product programs from concept to launch in SaaS environments.
• Skills: Strong understanding of software product development, including API design, data systems, and product integration patterns; ability to structure multi-quarter product programs with measurable outcomes; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: A builder mindset; demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity, anticipate risks, and build alignment across diverse teams.
