Site Payments Intern- Fall 2026 | Medpace

The Tone:
This is an office-based internship at Medpace, located in Cincinnati, OH, for the Fall 2026 semester. Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) with over 6,500 employees across 40+ countries, committed to advancing the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics. This role is vital in managing the financial transactions for clinical trial sites, directly contributing to the smooth operation of clinical research. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial concepts and business acumen within a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Mission: This person helps manage financial data entry, system setup, and payment processing for clinical trial sites to support the company’s global clinical development services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Perform day-to-day financial data entry of accounts payable transactions, including classifying, verifying, and recording data.
• System Setup: Manage the setup of system requirements to track and administer site payments for assigned studies.
• Payment Processing: Assist with the processing and calculation of site payments for assigned studies.
• Fund Management: May be responsible for the request for sponsor funds and invoicing process.
• Inquiry Management: Oversee accounts payable inquiries, communication, and reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level intern pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Skills: Excellent organization and time-management skills, high attention to detail and accountability, and demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality.
• Bonus: December 2026 and May 2027 Graduates preferred.
