What You’ll Actually Do
• Billing Assistance: Provide direct assistance with billing procedures, with a specific focus on projects related to Locklear/Rogers.
• Job Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of various job-related financial accounts and data to ensure accuracy.
• Change Order Management: Research and help secure necessary change orders for all sales personnel, addressing project modifications efficiently.
• Project Closeout: Oversee and execute the proper financial closeout procedures for completed projects.
• Reporting and Financial Analysis: Generate essential reports using Comsense, maintain data integrity for Work-In-Progress (WIP) and sales orders, and perform research on financial discrepancies like back charges or missing materials.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career position requiring an Associate’s degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, with a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
