What You’ll Actually Do
• Company Overviews: Prepare detailed company overviews to support account teams.
• Target List Development: Research companies thoroughly and develop comprehensive target lists for candidate identification.
• Candidate Identification: Identify potential candidates by utilizing a variety of online resources and proprietary tools.
• Organizational Structuring: Make calls to companies to determine their organizational structures.
• Data Management: Consistently input and update highly confidential candidate records within the proprietary CRM (Searcher™).

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution is required for this entry-level role, coupled with a genuine interest in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but candidates must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple assignments, work with minimal direction, and operate with a high level of efficiency and a need for closure.
• Skills: Intelligence and Intellectual Curiosity, High EQ, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Persistence and Thoroughness, Outstanding Communication Skills (verbal and written), Discretion, Poise and Professional Presence, Strong organizational skills, Effective resource management, and the ability to manage diverse relationships.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, and Lexis-Nexis is a plus.
