What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoicing: Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time to maintain financial records.
• Payments: Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies to ensure vendors are paid promptly.
• Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Communication: Investigate and resolve payment issues and vendor inquiries by communicating with internal teams and vendors.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and transaction verification procedures for all financial operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a high school diploma combined with two years of relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience (if no degree), with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Skills: Clear communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Skills: Comfort working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
