What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Document Management: Assist with the preparation, organization, and review of tax-return documentation for individuals, businesses, trusts, and other entities as required.
• Client Record Keeping: Gather, organize, reconcile, and meticulously maintain client financial records, including income, expenses, account statements, and essential supporting tax documents.
• Tax Planning Support: Aid tax-planning projects by preparing detailed worksheets, financial projections, tax estimates, and concise client information summaries.
• Operational Accounting: Perform critical account reconciliations, provide bookkeeping support, ensure accurate data entry, generate reports, and manage documents with a high degree of precision.
• Financial Planning Learning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s financial-planning process, encompassing retirement planning, investment management, insurance, estate considerations, cash-flow analysis, and tax-aware strategies.
