What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Education: Meet with customers face-to-face to educate them on relevant products and services.
• Brand Representation: Represent one of the nation’s leading telecommunications and entertainment brands in all interactions.
• Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory efficiently throughout the Charlotte area.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations to help customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
• Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals through effective customer engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other people-focused roles.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, and a dependable, professional work ethic.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred, and must currently reside in the Charlotte area with reliable transportation.
