This is a full-time Management Trainee position for Cintas, designed to kickstart your professional career through a well-structured program. What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Rotation: Immerse in business operations through hands-on rotations in various departments, gaining a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services while actively building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to contribute to informed business decisions and support strategic planning.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on diverse projects focused on sales management and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position for aspiring professionals. Candidates must currently possess a Bachelor’s degree or be on track to obtain one within six months of starting the program.
• Experience: While no prior professional work experience is strictly required, Cintas values candidates who have gained prior exposure. Preferred experience includes co-op or internship roles in areas such as Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative functions. This practical experience would demonstrate an initial understanding of business environments.
• Skills: Qualified candidates must meet specific Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This mandates possessing an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, and being able to successfully obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment. You will also need to provide documentation regarding previous employment for DOT compliance.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include an academic major in business or a related field, which provides a foundational understanding of Cintas’s operations. Additionally, candidates who have held leadership or management roles on campus or participated in related extracurricular activities are highly valued. A willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program is also a significant plus for career progression.
