Senior Associate, Workforce Management – UKG | KPMG

The TL;DR

• Mission: Lead end-to-end workstreams for UKG Workforce Management implementations across various UKG products.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement: Lead end-to-end workstreams for UKG Workforce Management implementations, including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and workforce optimization.
• Manage: Own delivery planning and execution, developing project plans, RAID logs, governance cadence, and traceability to requirements, ensuring audit-ready documentation and successful outcomes.
• Standardize: Establish and scale project management standards for Workforce Management delivery, including tools, reporting, and best practices to improve consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Engage: Lead client-facing stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, status reporting, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination across payroll, HR, and technology teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience: Minimum three years of recent relevant experience in UKG Consulting with prior Workforce Management experience. Proven expertise, including certifications, in one or more of the following UKG products and modules: UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance), UKG Ready (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, HR), or UKG Dimensions (advanced scheduling, workforce management, analytics, mobile solutions).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
