Management Trainee | Cintas

The Tone:
This full-time Management Trainee role requires regional relocation as part of a well-structured program. Cintas is a publicly held Fortune 500 company, traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, that helps over one million businesses by providing essential products and services including uniforms, mats, mops, towels, restroom supplies, first aid, safety products, eye-wash stations, safety training, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and alarm service. This program is designed to kickstart professional careers, developing future leaders through hands-on experience and rotations across critical business operations such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You will gain in-depth knowledge and prepare for significant career advancement opportunities within the company.

• Team: Service organization, working closely with experienced managers in departments including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Rotate through various departments to gain in-depth knowledge of Cintas’ business from a leadership perspective.
• Sales Development: Engage in outside sales activities to promote company products and services while actively building customer relationships.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to assist in making informed business decisions.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree within six months, classifying this as an entry-level professional program.
• Experience: An active driver’s license is required for this role. No specific years of prior experience are mandated for this early career program.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; an academic major in business or a related field; and demonstrated leadership or management experience through campus activities or extracurriculars. A willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program is also preferred.
