The firm partners with high-net-worth individuals and entertainment industry professionals, including actors, musicians, writers, directors, producers, and digital creators. This position is vital for managing client financials, ensuring precise record-keeping, and contributing to the day-to-day accounting needs of an elite clientele.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Management: Oversee both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for clients.
• Ledger Maintenance: Prepare necessary journal entries and ensure accurate maintenance of general ledgers.
• Payroll Assistance: Provide support with the processing of client payroll.
• Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive accounting records for both individual and entity clients.
• Client Support: Fulfill client financial reporting requirements and address their day-to-day accounting needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career role, ideally suited for individuals with a bachelor’s degree (preferred) in a relevant field.
• Experience: Candidates should have 1–2 years of prior bookkeeping or accounting experience, with strong preference for proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet various deadlines.
