Financial Analyst (FP&A) | TD SYNNEX North America

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business unit performance.
• Insights: Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Partnership: Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Planning: Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
• Optimization: Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively; proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Bonus: Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
