What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry & Organization: Maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes, streamlining financial record organization for clients.
• Client Communication: Facilitate effective communication with clients, providing valuable insights, support, and education in their financial decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to anticipate and escalate implications within client records.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards across software systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• Experience: Previous experience with bookkeeping, QuickBooks (online & desktop versions), and managing accounting figures and financial records.
• Skills: Basic computer skills including Excel and payroll software, strong math skills, and service-oriented written and verbal communication. Ability to produce highly precise and accurate work.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree.
