Client Success Analyst | BIP Ventures

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career position at BIP Ventures, located in Atlanta, GA. BIP Capital operates an integrated private market investment platform that creates opportunities through traditional venture anchor funds, an Evergreen equity BDC, and private credit offerings, consistently generating top quartile returns since 2009. This role is crucial as the Client Success Analyst acts as the connective tissue between BIP Capital and its investors and advisory firms, ensuring a high level of responsiveness, care, and confidence in the investment platform.

• Mission: Deliver a top-tier investor experience by managing inquiries, capital transactions, and operational processes for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Capital Cycle Management: Track capital call and close status for various investment vehicles, conducting investor follow-up and escalating matters as needed.
• Document Review and Reconciliation: Review subscription documents and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy, then perform close reconciliations, flag variances, and work with third parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Investor Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for Level 1 investor inquiries, resolving issues directly and routing more complex escalations to senior team members.
• Account Maintenance: Process various account maintenance transactions, including transfers, distribution instruction updates, and demographic changes, while assisting with investor documentation requests and ensuring accurate record maintenance.
• Operational Support & Entity Creation: Support new entity creation in coordination with legal and compliance, including reviewing subscription packages, and provide general operational support for initiatives like investor events and data integrity projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A BS or BA degree is required, preferably in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Genuine interest in finance and financial operations, demonstrated through coursework or internships. Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in financial services, venture capital, or alternative asset management is preferred.
• Skills: Effective verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; exceptional time management and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bonus: An AI-forward mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity; familiarity with CRM or investor management systems is a plus.
