Finance Analyst | STACK Infrastructure

The Financial Analyst position is crucial for supporting the construction finance function, specifically managing equity calls, budget-to-actual analyses, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics at both project and portfolio levels. This role requires strong analytic and interpersonal skills, prioritizing collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and supporting strategic financial initiatives across various departments in the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Capital Calls: Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls to investors, ensuring timely funding is received for ongoing projects.
• Project Finance: Assist teams with tracking costs and forecasting cashflows for projects that are in diligence phases.
• Variance Analysis: Track and monitor recurring variances, identifying trends and risk areas impacting forecast accuracy for project and portfolio performance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support efficient data management and communicate performance metrics.
• Process Improvement: Enhance financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels; and the ability to communicate complicated financial topics clearly.
