This position is a vital link to these high-net-worth clients, contributing directly to the flagship Premier Banking offering by cultivating relationships and delivering comprehensive financial advisory services.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Team: Premier Banking team, working as part of an integrated branch management team.
• Mission: Cultivate and expand HSBC Premier relationships with high-net-worth individual clients, serving as their single point of contact for comprehensive banking and financial advisory services.
• Tech Stack: Client relationship management tools, AI-enabled tools (advantage).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate: Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing high-net-worth client relationships.
• Advise: Serve as the single point of contact for Premier customers, anticipating needs and delivering comprehensive banking and financial advisory services.
• Strategize: Conduct regular client reviews, recommend suitable products, cross-sell, and develop strategies to increase wallet share and manage prospect pipelines.
• Ensure: Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with HSBC’s policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines, and managing operational risk.
• Collaborate: Work as part of an integrated branch management team, collaborating with colleagues across the business to support client needs and achieve performance measures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with demonstrated success in wealth management and client relationship management.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including proven success in wealth product sales and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
• Skills: Strong technical skills in wealth management, excellent communication with a focus on client engagement, strong sales and networking abilities, comprehensive understanding of financial services products, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools; possession of relevant professional and regulatory certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, NISM XXI A (PMS Certification), and NISM XIII (SIF Certification) as per market requirements.
