What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Track the company’s financial status by diligently monitoring and comparing variances from established plans.
• Evaluate: Determine the true financial standing of the organization by comparing and thoroughly analyzing plans and forecasts against actual results.
• Improve: Enhance financial performance by analyzing results and variances, identifying key trends, and recommending actionable improvements.
• Prepare: Contribute to the preparation of essential financial documents, including quarterly reports, monthly financial statements, and balance sheets.
• Present: Provide crucial information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: Thorough knowledge of accounting software and financial software, including practical experience in verifying and interpreting financial data and records.
• Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and interpret financial data, sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills.
• Bonus: Equivalent business experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
