What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecast Management: Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including revenue, operating expenses, and headcount.
• Financial Modeling: Maintain and update financial models to support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
• Strategic Analysis: Support ad hoc analyses related to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements by streamlining workflows, standardizing reporting, and improving planning tools and ERP systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Skills: Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, ability to work with large datasets, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ERP or planning tools, with NetSuite experience considered a plus.
