Financial Analyst-Consolidation & External Reporting | ZF Group

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Consolidation: Assist comprehensively in the consolidation of multi-entity financial data, ensuring full compliance with both IFRS and local GAAP standards.
• External Reporting & Disclosures: Support the thorough preparation and review of all external financial reports and disclosures, maintaining high standards of accuracy and transparency.
• ESG Data Management: Lead efforts to collect, validate, and report ESG-related data precisely, fulfilling all external reporting requirements and collaborating with relevant teams for consistency.
• Regulatory Monitoring & Audits: Actively monitor changes in financial and ESG reporting regulations to implement necessary updates, while also assisting significantly in audit preparations and responding to auditor inquiries related to consolidation and ESG reporting.
• Process Improvement & Tool Maintenance: Maintain and update critical consolidation and reporting tools such as SAP BPC and Hyperion, simultaneously identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvements in consolidation and reporting workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, demonstrating a good understanding of core accounting and ESG reporting principles.
• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience specifically in financial consolidation, external reporting, or dedicated ESG reporting activities.
• Skills: Proven knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS), local GAAP, and established ESG frameworks such as GRI and SASB; high proficiency in Excel and experience with consolidation/reporting software like SAP BPC or Hyperion; strong attention to detail combined with robust analytical skills; effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams; a proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset; and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Bonus: Previous professional experience within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
