What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Provide direct assistance to frontline teams across diverse functions such as food service, maintenance, cleaning, equipment use, cooking, and serving within various campus facilities.
• Procedural Adherence: Learn and strictly follow all department guidelines, operational procedures, and safety standards, actively contributing feedback to improve processes when necessary.
• Project and Event Management: Execute a range of day-to-day assignments, special projects, and duties, including comprehensive event preparation, setup, and on-site service support for various functions.
• Administrative Contribution: Perform essential administrative tasks such as assisting with inventory counts, accurate data entry, methodical filing, detailed reporting, and diligently updating documentation as required.
• Career Exploration: Train and perform responsibilities within a chosen career concentration, which may include food service, culinary, facilities management, accounting, human resources, clerical, marketing, sustainability, premium services, warehouse management, or general operations, gaining exposure to large-scale food and beverage operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a college degree, demonstrating a strong interest in establishing a career within hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required for this entry-level internship position.
• Skills: Foundational ability to learn and accurately follow operational guidelines; basic organizational aptitude for inventory and documentation tasks; capacity for effective guest relations and service execution.
