What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting tools to support organizational planning.
• Budget & Forecast Management: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, providing clear insights into business performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements, assisting with capital planning and investment analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Skills: Strong Excel and financial reporting skills, ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights, excellent problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in manufacturing or related industries, exposure to cost accounting or operational finance, MBA, Master’s degree, CFA, or other advanced credentials, and experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
