What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Rotate through 20+ key departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Project Leadership: Lead and actively contribute to departmental projects, ensuring outcomes meet strategic goals.
• Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and development opportunities to enhance technical and leadership abilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to understand business units, processes, and strategies.
• Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present findings and recommendations based on assigned projects to department heads and senior leaders.

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
