The TL;DR
• Role: Rotational Trainee Program
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, U.S. (Relocation required)
• Pay: $80000 yearly
• Team: Reports to Early Talent Lead, NAM
• Mission: To develop future commercial talent through a two-year rotational program focused on building go-to-market strategy, leadership skills, and product knowledge across business development, product management, sales, and marketing roles within either the Electrification or Motion business group, ultimately supporting business operations and contributing to ABB’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Support: Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within designated areas as directed.
• Skill Development: Participate in formal training initiatives designed to develop personal and leadership skills for future professional roles.
• Project Execution: Deliver assigned tasks and projects successfully within their respective assignment periods.
• Networking & Engagement: Contribute to diverse social events and team activities to establish a broad professional network within ABB.
• Operational Contribution: Support ABB’s day-to-day operations and actively participate in the local Trainee Program activities, gaining knowledge and showcasing expertise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Must possess valid U.S. work authorization and not require visa sponsorship from ABB at any point.
• Experience: Preferred experience in relevant internship or co-op roles. This rotational program requires a willingness to relocate across the U.S. for each assignment.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for adapting across various settings and audiences; a demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning, development, and self-improvement; and a genuine interest in sales and technology, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow through exposure to diverse roles within the sales function.
