This critical role ensures the seamless operation of last-mile delivery services, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the achievement of key operational targets by coordinating DSP logistics operations and leading a team of drivers.

• Team: Leads and supervises a team of DSP delivery drivers and internal logistics staff within the station.
• Mission: Owns the supervision and coordination of last-mile DSP logistics operations, directly contributing to delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of all operational goals.
• Tech Stack: WMS, TMS, ERP, Excel, Google Workspace

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Supervision: Supervise and coordinate all last-mile DSP logistics operations to ensure delivery efficiency, achieve operational goals, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Route & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate daily DSP delivery route planning and dispatch operations, optimizing resources and processes for timely deliveries.
• Performance Management: Monitor DSP team performance using key metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, incident rates, and productivity, driving continuous improvement.
• Incident & Issue Resolution: Handle operational incidents and resolve issues in real time, collaborating with other departments like Customer Service, Network, and Warehouse for seamless service.
• Team & Compliance Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate delivery team members and last-mile suppliers while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention protocols.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field is required for this management-level role.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar operational management role, focusing on logistics coordination and team leadership.
• Skills: Proficiency in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) for efficient operations; strong command of office software including Excel and Google Workspace; demonstrated strong leadership and team management abilities; proven organizational skills with a proactive approach; and effective communication for internal and external collaboration.
• Bonus: Previous experience specifically within last-mile or e-commerce logistics operations is a significant advantage.
