What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Coordination: Supervise and coordinate last-mile DSP logistics operations, ensuring delivery efficiency and achievement of operational goals.
• Team Leadership & Optimization: Lead a team of delivery drivers and logistics staff, optimizing resources and processes to enhance performance.
• Route Planning & Dispatch: Coordinate daily DSP delivery route planning and dispatch operations for efficient last-mile delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor DSP team performance using key metrics (KPIs) like on-time delivery, incident rates, and productivity, ensuring compliance with service quality and operational standards.
• Incident Resolution & Collaboration: Handle operational incidents, resolve issues in real time, and collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Network, and Warehouse to ensure seamless service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, with preference for experience in last-mile or e-commerce logistics.
• Skills: Proficient in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP), strong command of office software (Excel, Google Workspace), knowledge of urban delivery routes and dispatch planning, strong leadership and team management abilities, and a results- and customer-oriented mindset.
