What You’ll Actually Do
• Updates: Obtain shipment updates from contractors.
• Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email.
• Negotiation: Negotiate rates with contractors for carrier sales.
• Solutions: Provide timely updates and solutions to team members.
• Data: Perform general data entry tasks.
